Part-time study update?

If you see my previous posts, I'm entitled to standard PIP, have a UC claim open but £0 and receive standard ESA.

I have registered for a part-time short course that will hopefully allow me to retrain in a field that accommodates my needs/allows me to work around my disability.

It is just once a month for 5 sessions, and then any home study is at my own pace so I feel although it will be slow, I can do short bursts when my medication is at its peak.

As it's not a regular type of course, do I still update UC (via journal) and ESA & PIP (via phone)?

Do I need to have any proof of the course? All I have is the email confirmation from the tutor.

Thanks for any advice

I've been waiting in a health assessment from UC since around august/sept and ESA since November.

I received a letter in March from UC for an appointment face-to-face. Due my health conditions it would not have been possible for me to attend so I requested it be a phone appointment instead or at a later time in the day so I could get someone to support me and my medication have time to kick in.

If you see my last post, I don't actually get any UC so I thought I could close the pointless claim but ESA said not to because the HA is connected and if they request their own HA I'll be put to the back of the queue. ESA payments will stop in autum unless it's found I'm unablen to work so I was hoping to have the assessment soon.

I've not heard anything still and when phoned was just told I'm in a queue. Does anyone have an idea of wait times atm? Have I been informed correctly?
