One UI 8.5 Updated - Now Samsung Loops On Installing Language Core But Never Finishes

My US fully unlocked S25 updated to One UI 8.5 today. That update seemed to go well but when it finished, Samsung started updating various software. Most seemed to go well. Strange things started happening when it got to the Samsung Language Core. It first downloaded a 47.76MB file. Then it started downloading a 3.20GB file. It never finishes downloading this file. Before it gets to 3.20GB, the download disappears from the Notification panel. Several minutes later, it starts over with the 47.76MB file and then the 3.20GB file but never finishes and just keeps repeating the process.

I'd like to find a way to stop this crazy loop it's in. Especially before I leave the house as it will eat too much cellular data since I don't have an unlimited data plan.

When I got this phone I debloated it using ADB Fastboot via ADB AppControl. I disabled Bixby, Gemini, Chrome, Drive, Galaxy Avatar, Gallery, Link To Windows, Live Transcribe & Sound Notifications, Meet, OneDrive, Samsung Visit In, Weather, & YouTube.

The phone has been working flawlessly until this update problem. I don't have a Samsung Account.

Does anyone know what I could try to stop this update or to get it to finish properly?

Thanks

Edit: Found a solution. I went to Settings > Apps and found Samsung Language Core. There was a 3 dot menu at the top right of the Samsung Language Core page. The only menu option available was to "Uninstall updates". I did that and then rebooted. The next time it downloaded the Language Core, it did so without fail and installed properly. After that, a few other Samsung apps updated without issue. I seem to be good to go now. l'll leave this post up in case others have this issue.

My main line is currently on Warp and the By The Gig plan using the PSIM on a Samsung S25. I see I can add other lines to my By The Gig plan for $8 monthly.

Questions:

  1. Can I port my existing Ooma landline to an ESIM on my existing phone and add the line to my existing By The Gig plan using Lightspeed instead of Warp for the second line? I'd want to keep the main line on Warp.

  2. I'm assuming I would have two voice mailboxes (which I would prefer). Correct assumption?

  3. Any obvious issues to this approach?

  4. I was grandfathered to having QCI8 on my Warp line. Will adding the Ooma landline to my plan in the way described above change anything?

My thoughts are that in addition to having my former landline with me at all times, I could use that line as a backup when traveling in areas where Lightspeed is better than Warp.

Thanks much.
