MY SPECS :

GPU : 9060XT 16GB

CPU : R5 5600X ( locked at 3,7ghz because of high heat )

MOBO : MSI B550M PRO-VDH

RAM : G SKILL 2X16 3200 16CL

MONITOR : AOC 1440p 240hz IPS

ISSUE :

I’ve been using this GPU for months now, and I keep running into an issue I never had with my previous RTX 2060 on the same system.

Even in very light and older games like Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin, I’m getting really bad 1% lows. If any game is locked at 60 FPS, but my 1% lows are constantly around 45 FPS, and when I turn the camera quickly, it drops to around 25–30 FPS..

What i tried so far :

Update Bios

Re-install GPU drivers DDU 2 times
