Howdy.

What can I do to speed up my games? They take regularly over 10 hours, it's normal to last 12, 14, one even 16 hours. And that's with 4, 5 people!

We play the 3rd edition, without any expansions. We remove leaders, as they further complicate things.

I read it's good to let people pick between 2 races, to grant everyone a starting technology for free that they could obtain, what else...?

How can I speed things up?
