I’ve been experiencing intense anxiety and panic attacks at work and at home and it’s effecting a lot of things my doctor prescribed me hydroxyzine and it doesn’t do anything subside the anxiety

About two months ago my mom started giving me low dose .5 klonopin as I tried it once and it worked amazingly

Fast forward to now have told my doctor many times hydroxyzine is not working as of today my mom is off of klonopin so two things I’m getting anxiety about possible withdrawals from the klonopin and how in the world do I tell my doctor I’ve been taking it without seeming like a drug abuser and drug seeker
