I think we can handle a 6 week global tournament twice a year. We can definitely do it more than once every 4 years.

Soccer is the world’s sport so it should keep its permanent rotation every 4 years, and so should the winter and summer Olympics, but I think we can definitely add basketball, baseball, and rugby. As much as I love American football it’ll have to be a global sport so that would be out, but cricket would probably be a good one (I know nothing about cricket, but the majority of people on earth love it).

I’d also be down for some weird sports. Ultimate frisbee is a great spectator sport and worthy of its own cup, but I’d also be down for some real weird shit like paintball or something . As long as it’s athletic, team based, and accessible to everyone.

If you were my advisor what sports would you suggest?

America lost and now they have to play Bosnia AND Herzegovina?

We’re new and wife is craving some chicken fried steak. We’ll be heading through town from Ewa on our way to Sandy’s tomorrow and I’d like to surprise her with her favorite breakfast.

I’m retiring in a few years from the Navy and someone at work recommended that I become the command safety officer. They said it was a good way to get lined up for a good post-retirement civilian job, maybe even working for the same command just not in uniform.

Have any of you gone this route or heard of anyone doing something like this? I have 3 years left what could I do now to make myself competitive in the future?
