Blade Runner aka Detroit during the wildfires...
It wasn't this orange when shooting but I couldn't help myself to give the feel of the movie. I am just glad that the AQI appears to be improving and my eyes and lungs are burning less from exposure.

I had the pleasure of touring the grounds of the Dorothy G. Turkel House in Palmer Woods this past weekend. It is the only Frank Lloyd Wright home within the city of Detroit and it was painstakingly restored in 2006 to the incredible condition you see today. If you ever get the chance to sign up for a tour I highly recommend it, the home is gorgeous and the stories told by the owners are great as well.
Hello graduating Warriors. I am a professional photographer based in Detroit and I am looking to dip my toe into graduation photography this year. I am attaching some photographs taken last year at Cranbrook to give you an idea of what I would deliver, but I am very familiar with Wayne State's campus and I am a huge mid-century modern architecture nerd, so I think there are a lot of opportunities to feature some of the more iconic structures on campus into your photographs.
Since I am new to this type of photography I don't have any set prices (yet) but if you want to discuss what you are looking for I am happy to come up with something custom for you. You can message me on here, on IG: rsouthen or through either of my professional photography websites: ryansouthen.com and detroitisforlovers.com
Thanks!
