Alright guys, simple solution if you haven't received a ladder bonus even if you are in Plat.
Lemme make something very clear
It starts receiving after Gold rank at increment of 20% each time of 33 dollars of bonus then 50 dollars in Plat 1 then 100 dollars in Plat II. Meaning you will receive 4 ladder bonuses in each rank.
