I recently ordered a B+ Kraken to the US from Clisong, it got here in about 9 days. Unfortunately, the package got stolen before I could get to it. The people in my apartment building are..terrible to say the least.

Anyway, texted Clisong via Whatsapp to confirm the location of it, learned it had gotten stolen, and he offered to send me a replacement at no cost due to the situation.

+1 to Clisong's credibility if anybody is on the fence about ordering from them.
