I'll be visiting for 3 weeks, have never been. I have weekends off, a company rental and gas card. I would like to explore as much of Maine as I can but I'm open to suggestions. I prefer the outdoors, but I'm open to anything besides nightclubs.

Ill be working from Portland to Rangley. Like I said I prefer the outdoors and am a decently experienced backpacker. I do magic in my free time and love a good beer. Long drives are a plus, I typically work the PNW and South including Texas so I'm fine driving 3 hours after work for a way to kill my afternoon or 10 hrs one way on a weekend for a particularly good hike.
