Hello! My eight month old son has slept through the night from about eight weeks to now. He wakes up at 4 AM, stands in his crib and starts crying. It takes him about two hours to settle back down after we rock him. He is fed to sleep nightly. Do you think this calls for sleep training or is it a regression? He wakes up at about 7 AM and goes to bed at 7:30 PM. His nap time total in a day is about one hour to 1 1/2 hours. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
