A man I had been talking to and slept with twice has recently changed his status to in a relationship and updated his Instagram bio with a girl’s name and a ring emoji. I haven’t spoken to him recently because he told me he wasn’t ready for a relationship. When I was leaving his house his brother called him and told him something that upset him.

I’m starting to wonder if he told him he wasn’t ready going to tell the other girl I was there.

Do I just leave it alone or should I let her know incase there was any overlap ?
