New camper without "standard features"

We purchased a 2025 Heartland Eddie Bauer 17 RB-L 2 months ago. In reading the standard specs, the camper is supposed to be pre wired from the factory to install SOL solar pannel on the roof. Also, the unit has a JBL cube sound system and the salesperson self us on both internal and external speakers.
I checked and then took the camper back to the dealer on a warranty claim. There are no internal speakers installed. I asked tge technician to check the solar prep pre wiring and roof connection. Service called back and said the camper does not come with internal speakers and is not equipped with a solar ready connection or wiring. Yet Heartland, (Thor) the manufacturer, states that all 2025 models are equipped with solar ready wiring. Has anyone run into a similar issue with Heartland 17 RB-L? Any adilvice on what to say to the dealer would be helpful and appreciated. Thanks
