Help, my ps portal dosent work if its 2 inches away from my ps5
hey everyone, i just got my ps portal (loving it so far) but i do have one issue with it tho. Ive seen online that it can be used away from home and far away and stuff with hotspot and stuff but for some reason my ps portal just dosent function like that it keeps telling me that “something went wrong” and when im upstairs or downstairs it dosent work too please help me find a solution or just simply educate me on this thank you
