I heard a rumour that 30 student failed NPTEL in their final exam last year but were made passed by the institute. Can you tell me the procedure for this.
I am a final year student in IIIT Allahabad and failed an NPTEL, the hod are asking me to bring up with at least 1 example of institute passing their students despite not getting certificate

Cameras Considering: Used vintage Canon Powershot a410 or Newly used Camp Snap
Cameras already owned: None
Notes: The used Camp Snap is available for around 50 dollars (the new ones are almost 120 dollars in India). The old Canon a410 is available for half the price, around 30 dollars.
Should I spend more and get the newer Camp Snap or save money and get the true vintage Canon a410. Please give me some guidance as I am complete beginner.
