When Does a Business Actually Need Financial Advice?
I’ve noticed a lot of small business owners in Australia try to manage everything themselves at first — taxes, cash flow, pricing, budgeting, and growth decisions.
A friend of mine thought business advisory services were only for large companies, but after getting proper financial guidance, they realised they were underpricing services and making decisions without clear numbers. Within months, they had better cash flow and less stress because there was finally a real strategy behind the business.
I think many businesses wait too long before getting advice, usually when problems already start showing up. But having the right guidance early can actually help avoid those problems completely.
