People who do extreme sports, go swimming when the weather is so bad even when alert were issued to not swim, go hiking in mountains without a guide also in extreme weather (happens a lot in my country), recently those cave divers (a man trying to rescue them died), should not be rescued. The rescuers should be reserved to disasters(fire, tsunami…). They took the risk, they should know there is a chance they would die.
