Work are saying that I must take all annual leave during my gardening leave. This is however not in my contract and their response to my query is below:

Whilst your employment contract does not specifically provide for annual leave to be taken during garden leave, the Company requires that all accrued annual leave, including leave accrued during the garden leave period, be taken during the garden leave period.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
