Overall, though, yesterday sucked.

It will be interesting to see how the Wild Card round unfolds. These 3-game series can be crazy.

When I got on my last cruise (in Florida), I forgot to switch my phone to Airplane mode. 😱 As it turned out, though, rather than immediately soaking me in roaming fees, Verizon instead didn’t connect and texted me with this offer. I thought I would share it with you, in case any other Verizon customers have basic internet/texting needs on their cruise and this might be a viable alternative for them. (It wasn’t for me — but I was just happy they didn’t charge me.)

I thought you guys might be interested to see this since we talked about it before. DK had a home run promotion a while back where you would get $250 for each home run hit in the game. Well, we lucked out and there were 4. So I got a $1000 bonus bet. I debated for a little while how I wanted to use it and eventually settled on this. Fortunately, it hit. 🤞🏻

Now that’s what I call a bonus bet! 😮 

Four home runs yesterday. They really took care of business. (Even if the Dodgers losing cost me a few bets.)
