My boy boosie got this rash under his armpit earlier today and it was bleeding slightly, not sure if it’s from his harness or allergies but what can I put on this to help him?

I got this recently for my 2022 1200XL and when I go to look for the pre configured tuned it says this. Any advice or input? I’ve never used a tuner
