Recent blastover’s and what they’ve covered up

Angel on my forearm had 5 sessions of laser before covering with the dragon head. No laser on the wrist. Dragon head by Christine Erickson at Savior Tattoo (Roc, NY) and spiderweb by Jon Butcher at Modern Love Tattoo (Buffalo, NY). Super happy with both.

Orca and Sea turtle by Makayla at Lucky Penny Tattoo in Philadelphia PA

First trip to Makayla’s new spot in Philadelphia was a success. Highly recommend stopping by Lucky Penny on South street to see Penny the Basset in action. Really happy about the start to this ocean themed leg with Mak.

who could make something similar for me in Los Angeles?

Salutations,

I’m originally from St. Louis, MO, now I live in LA. About 50% of my body is tattooed, I’m very familiar client and artist etiquette and tattoo culture. I have an unfinished back piece of a skull that I’m looking to get modified/re-done in a different style. I’ve recently fallen in love with the work shown in the attached photo, but that artist is based in Poland and I can’t afford to go all the way to Europe to see him. Is there any traditional artists in LA that would be enthusiastic about tattooing something in a similar fashion to what is shown? Thanks!

TL;DR anybody in LA do similar work to this?

Clowns on me

Love these dudes. Thinking about what to add next. The middle kinda stumps me. I figured a banner style thing above them would fit nicely

Show me what you have in the elbow ditch!

I have kind of boxed myself out of some different ideas because of encroaching tattoos. Would love to see what everyone has.

Squarmous cell carcinoma removal

My little eagle fella copped it in the beak getting this SCC removed. I was hopeful it would be safe as there was some distance as you can see in the second photo post biopsy, but the margins just hit the beak. Unfortunately my Stony Rat on my left arm isn't going to be as lucky as that's copping it in a few weeks as well. Wear sunscreen, and get your skin checked!
