Smoked on the Traeger Woodbridge pro at 450 degrees with pecan. Did one side of dough first (6 mins) and made the pizza after the first flip. Straight on the grill and one in cast iron (on right) to experiment.

Going to invest in a Baking Steel to enhance my crust.

1,456 miles breaking in the new ride. Averaged 22.9 MPGs driving through the forest and the Cascade Range. The bucket seats were clutch for the passengers in the back. Couldn’t love this ride anymore.
