My rose ringed parakeet before today was a very calm, friendly bird. But today, someone let him out and I didnt have time to put him back in so I let him out for the morning. When I came back, he started screaming and I saw he was stuck so I helped him out and for some reason he got very scared so he started flying everywhere, panicking, crash landing, etc. now he's standing up well alhamduallah but I think he's still scared. What should I do?
