With all the recent price increase. I got held back from building a new pc, RAM price increasing and GPU being pretty expensive.
Would it be worth it to upgrade my CPU instead? I have an RTX 3070 currently and a 1440p monitor.

Hindi ko alam kung meron na nito sa Pilipinas, d ko pa sinesearch habang tinatype to. Pero dapat meron tayong 3rd Party Auditor for Infrastructure projects outside the government. Because honestly, walang kakayahan yung COA pagdating dito.
Before a project gets approved dadaan dapat to sa 3rd party NGO. NGO should be composed of Architects and Engineers from different fields to ensure a good quality project. Additionally we won't have an abundance of overpriced projects.
The point is, if the department that have the budget for example the city tapos in partnership of DPWH. D pwede gumalaw yung project kung walang approval ng NGO.
Additionally the goal is to have a good effective project. Hindi yung school na mukhang preso tapos wala pang tiles. At least napag isipan and nabudget ng mabuti.
Because honestly, governement infra agencies are very incompetent.
Of course hindi gagana to kung yung NGO is corrupt din. Tang ina matutulog nalang ako, nakaka frustrate sa bansang to.
