I have a Godox V1. I usually bounce my flash, but use modifiers when I can’t.

I have an accessory kit (dome diffuser, bounce card, etc.). I also have an AK-R22 modifier (similar to the MagSphere).

The bounce card is very cheap and flimsy. I was thinking of upgrading to something else when I don’t have anything to bounce my flash off of.

I’m returning the AK-R22. I wasn’t thrilled with how it performed at my last event. Also, it’s very annoying to get it on and off.

Any modifiers you’d recommend?

I used a Wacom Intuos (small) for some time, but often had connectivity issues, so I eventually abandoned it because it was making me less efficient.

I have a budget of ~$500. Since I’m on MacOS, I was considering getting an iPad Air with an Apple Pencil and using Side Car for brushing.

Anyone have any recommendations in this price range or an opinion on using an iPad with Side Car?
