After all this time and all these bourbons
Single barrels, cask strengths, wheaters, ryes, etc and I keep coming back to Evan Williams Black. Will I get FOMO and keep trying other whiskies? Sure, but it's a waste of time. Thanks for reading my rambling.

Allocated question
I got back into bourbon this year after a 10 year pause due to health issues. Back then I routinely bought Old Rip Van Winkle and Weller was a shelfer. Blantons and Col Taylor were readily available. With the downturn will things go back to that?
