Why does my beat sound quieter than my previous ones?

I uploaded a new beat and it sounds way quieter than even my older uploads. Why is that? Can someone help me figure this out?

I already tried turning down the sub bass and low end with EQ. Is it a mixing issue?

In my DAW, and in the rendered MP3/WAV files, everything sounds fine. The beat is sitting at -3.8 LUFS. So what’s going wrong? Why does it sound so quiet when my previous beat was only -8.3 LUFS and somehow sounds louder?

I honestly have no idea what to do at this point, pls help 😭
