We built a "dating app" for founders looking for co-founders, engineers, and talent
We run a community of 150+ founders, and kept seeing the same pattern: founders looking for a technical co-founder, engineers looking for a founder to build with, GTM/marketing folks and content creators looking for a startup to join. All the "matching" happening manually in DMs and Discord threads.
So we built,
Basically an app UX for finding your next co-founder, hire, or collaborator. We went with a fun, playful UI on purpose instead of another clean/minimal SaaS look, because our community has always run on real human connection, not transactional networking.
We've already got founders from YC, Antler scouts, and VCs in the community, so the early signal has been good. Now trying to see if this resonates outside our own network too.
Would love feedback on:
- Does the "dating app for founders" framing make sense, or is it confusing?
- Is the fun/playful design working or does it undercut the credibility?
- Would you use something like this to find a co-founder or teammate?
