CGO009, Veloretti Ace two or….?
For my new bike I’m looking at a new urban e bike. The looks on these bikes are appealing and make me want to step away from “ordinary” looking e bikes.
Right now I’ve narrowed my list down to the Tenways CGO009 and Veloretti Ace Two, for now…
Main reason for these two is that in my town there is a Tenways (physical) dealer, it cycles surprisingly Well and the price is very sharp.
The Veloretti is a bit more expensive, closest dealer is 20km away, but looks are better and the ride is very nice.
I’ve crossed off the following bikes on the list for various reasons, VanMoof, cowboy, Moevs, LEMMO and Comate.
What my main concern is for both bikes is the reliability. The score on trustpilot is bad for both of them and the internet is full of negative feedback on both bikes.
Right now i have a light preference for the Tenways because of local dealer network, so I don’t have to deal with customer service, which the internet is also not very happy about..
I’m curious for other experiences on the 009 and Veloretti.
In a few weeks the Gazelle Curb comes out and I will be adding that to the list as well, will for sure be test riding that. Main complaint on that bike already is that it doesn’t have a display.
