How to determine draft spot for people who can't make it to draft night

This year we are drafting in person and going to be doing a combine of sorts to determine what order we all get to choose our draft spot in. A handful of events that are timed/measured and the best person gets to choose their spot first and so on. For the person or people who can't make it to draft night, how would you figure out which place in the order do they get to choose their draft spot?

Two ideas ive come up with are have them try to guess the final rankings of our combine and the inverse of however many they get correct is where they choose their spot (so 11 out of 12 correct they would choose second, 8 out of 12 they would choose fifth), or I tell the person who can't make it to do the combine on their own and give me their times/measurements, which could threaten the honor system unless they record everything and send it to us.

Can anyone confirm if either of these New Era 59FIFTY hats has a black undervisor?

Looking to get a new fitted hat for the season. Has anyone here ordered one of these lately? Wanting to confirm the color of the undervisor but none of the websites state what color the undervisor is and there's no pictures of it either.

Best way to remove a friend for another friend

Lets use the names Bill and Bob. I started a league with a bunch of local friends a few years ago (we've all known each other for at least 5-7 years or so, some since high school) and Bobs been on board since the beginning. Bobs the newest friend in the group, a friend of a friend who became cool with everyone and no one has any problems with or anything against Bob. Unfortunately Bob had to move out of state for work last year and we kind of just stopped keeping up with him. Bill is a friend most of us in the group has known for at least 10 years. He was living out of state for many years but he let us know that he is moving back home this year. Bills someone we've all kind of kept in contact with throughout the years. While its nothing against Bob, majority of our group would choose Bill over Bob just because we've mostly known Bill longer and more personally. The biggest issue is I've already reached out to Bob if he'd like to renew for this season and he said yes, but with it being a local league where we like to get together for the draft and watch games during the season, most of the league wants Bill to join. I hate being the kind of guy to leave people out and especially go back on my word and I don't want to just drop Bob and not say anything. Would it be a bad idea to go back to Bob and just say hey, im sorry but we'd prefer to keep it local and we have a friend moving back that wants to join. I dont think Bob would take it personally, I'd just feel bad about it myself. Nobody paid any dues yet either. Or should I just let it play out this season since I already asked and then switch them out next season?

Thinking about increasing league size up to 14 teams

Been running a league with friends for the past few years and we have 2 guys that would be willing to join. They want me to boot a couple of guys to make room (1 out of state, 1 thats kind of a troll, 1 that stops caring after a couple of weeks) but if those guys keep paying their dues then I dont see an issue. When I propose 14 teams they're unsure about it due to it thinning out players and half of our league being casual NFL watchers, but I feel like with a few roster tweaks we could make it work and keep it competitve for everyone.

If we decided to go to 14, I want to try and keep the amount of "starting" players the same as we've had in past years. And then I can always shorten the bench players to keep the amount of "drafted" players similar to recent years.

Last year we did 13 picks with:

QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, FLEX, DEF, 5 bench

12 teams x 7 offensive positions = 84 starting players. 12 teams x 13 picks = 156 drafted players. Waivers were bare last year so I was considering cutting one bench spot to bring it down to 12 x 12 = 144 drafted players.

So with 14 teams, I guess my main goal is to keep it around 84 starting players to alleviate the concern of thin starting line ups. Bench can either be 3 or 4 players. Ive been considering the following ideas:

QB, RB, WR, TE, FLEX, FLEX, DEF, 3/4 bench (84 starting, 140/154 drafted). Like this idea the most for more "control" over your skill positions with 2 flex.

QB, RB, WR, WR, TE, FLEX, DEF, 3/4 bench (84 starting, 140/154 drafted). One less starting RB from the usual line up which will in turn give some people a solid RB for their flex.

QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, DEF, 3/4 bench (84 starting, 140/154 drafted). Unsure about how going no flex could impact drafting RBs and WRs.

QB, RB, RB, WR, TE, FLEX, DEF, 3/4 bench (84 starting, 140/154 drafted). Think i like 1RB/2WR better than 2RB/1WR.

QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, FLEX, DEF, 3 bench (96 starting, 154 drafted). Just an idea but this feels better for more competitive leagues.

What feels like the best option? We've been doing .5 PPR but if going full PPR can help to boost the amount of viable players for a 14 team league then I'd probably make that change. Top 3 seem the best to keep it close to last year, just not sure if I should do double flex or remove flex altogether. I'm not trying to make the rosters too deep and I also want to try and keep everyones starting line ups competitive for the most part. Any feedbacks greatly appreciated!

Another update and there's still no option to have newly added songs appear at the top of a playlist instead of the bottom.

Unless I missed something. And changing the "sort by" option to flip the playlist only works if you create your playlist backwards before changing the sort filter and it also flips the order in which you added the new songs if you add more than one at a time.
