After watching someone use Google Trends…
I decided to have a look at how Dawnwalker has been trending since being announced…
To see how the world has been reacting to the game…
I added a few more games set to release around the same time…
Direct competition…
As expected Wolverine drove the most traffic…
Being part of the most accomplished brand on the list…
But Dawnwalker was second…
With the second highest peak…
So the fact that Dawnwalker out trended a legacy IP like Onimusha can be surprising…
Not sure how it will all translate to sales and all that but…
I guess the marketing has been working…

being that Sangorans will react to everything you do or don’t do…
and has your infamy rises…
I wonder if we’ll have the option to hide our identity in some capacity….

Just how many of these failed Vrakhiri are there?
Who's failing to turn em?

I rewatched the Glimpse into the Future trailer…
my goal was to see what the environment artists team put in Coen’s studio…
and what I saw made me smile…
it reminded me of Connor MacLeod of the Clan MacLeod’s loft…
where Coen’s studio is like a museum…

this might’ve been covered already…
so sorry if I’m repeating info…

at the entrance looks like a religious figure…
St. Tyna?

opposite the statue looks like a shield…
and maybe some kind of armour?

also some interesting art pieces on the stand…
one looks like some fierce canine?
wolf?

And our boy, Coen, is a reader!
bookshelves everywhere filled with books, tomes and more art pieces…

on top of that he has an office…
two monitors!!!
and on the back wall…
mounted…
is what I assume to be the legendary Dawnwalker sword and its scabbard…

in the living room area there’s a large painting…
perhaps a recreation of some frescoes?
also on a wall looks to be a collection of weapons…
weapons from different eras…

other things I noticed was Coen’s tactical fit…
at first I had simply seen a futuristic-styled jacket…
but now I clearly see its tactical…
boots…
knee pads…
The whole fit…

Coen must have crashed through his window trying to get back to base…
his gun is on the floor…
he clearly has a side holster…
so in this setting looks like a pistol is his weapon of choice…

also it looks like he’s using Mandrake Ward…
an ability you get from drinking from a certain Vrakhir…
could be some kind of defensive system…

I’m thinking his studio has secret rooms, doors, what have you…
I like the idea that Coen has a place to call home after all this time…
maybe he has several around the globe…

About 6 weeks ago I got W3 at a huge discount...
And played it for the first time...
Haven't touched it in a couple of weeks, though...
The side quests and activities are too repetitive...
The combat is stale...
And it seems there's much to do about nothing regardless of the story (I much more prefer the books)...
IMO...
But after reading this article...
I'm more hyped to see what intricacies await us...
Like a good book...
We become the director of the story...

Can't wait!

This fit might be period accurate but I’m not one for colourful fits in games…
But Coen looks like a medieval clown to me…
So…
I hope that…
Upon release…
the fits look a lil more “worn” than brand new since you’re looting a lot of them off people…

That said…
I would love for RW to maybe add colour options for the armour sets in an early DLC…
It’s a little pet peeve of mine when I get an armour set that I like for its design, stats, what have you…
but really dislike the colours of it…
I can’t be the only one…
Right?

However, if there are already in-game dye shops or services at vendors then never mind….
