Had an idea for developing a game

I had an idea for a stealing-type game but NOT for brainrot.

Stealcraft.

It's gonna be like Minecraft (like Build a Base and Steal), though you can craft, and the brainrots are instead ITEMS. Also, there's gonna be a Clash-like feature where anyone can steal from your base from a global pool if you're offline.

[HEADCANON] The Knight may be... (and solving other mysteries)

I know all of you will try getting me wrong for this, but read carefully. I never explicitly stated for this to be a prediction, only a headcanon.

>!Kris, before the story even started. While the obvious "fact" is that Dess could be the Knight, we know Tricky Tony would subvert our expectations, possibly making her a Red Herring, including the fact that Undertale's core narrative is about your presence.!<

>!Here's my take on it:!<

>!First, I would like to address this thesis with how I would like to idealize two types of Krises:!<

>!- The pre-narrative Kris!<

>!- The possessed Kris (by the SOUL)!<

>!Because we know that Kris is one of the only few people who knew what happened to Dess, especially because of their bonding when they were younger (before the story started), they could have been possibly angry at whoever did it, but let's say Asgore (no, DO NOT reference the meme please, and hang this on for the next section/paragraph). I know how Claus from Mother 3 fell down the cliff, but still, that connects to the Dess Red Herring. Kris could've avenged Dess, though they enter the Shelter/Bunker, take the same knife, and slam the knife into the ground as a "cruel world" message, and they somehow create a Dark World as a byproduct of using it, so they become the Knight and abolishes their Lightner persona. This explains why Ralsei even exists, because he would have been directly summoned by Kris.!<

>!Here's the thing, though:!<

>!If we assume Kris (now the Knight) knows about W.D. Gaster and the fourth wall as a byproduct of becoming an enemy Darkner, W.D. Gaster knows about Kris's Lightner persona being scrubbed, and as this is coincidentally the same time that the SOUL is in the story (likely immediately after Kris sneaks out before Thursday), !<>!Gaster likely put the SOUL in Kris's vessel and reprogrammed their mind to deliberately remember exclude certain events (e.g., excluding hate towards Asgore, and remembering the creation of Dark Fountains + the knife). This also explains the plot of Chapter 5, and more importantly, why we see the Goner maker sequence before the new, possessed Kris wakes up for school in Chapter 1, where the townspeople assume that "nothing happened" to Kris, because it happened in the middle of the night.!<

>!Then, in Chapters 3 and 4, Kris starts receiving ominous messages about how he should keep creating Dark Fountains. This can be viewed as a triumph by the Knight (or pre-narrative Kris) to create dark fountains to attempt banishing the Angel's Heaven (which can be interpreted as YOU), and the Knight implies that Kris shouldn't forget, because he needs to prevent the soul from taking over Hometown.!<

>!Yes, I get it - there are MULTITUDES of contradictions, but that doesn't automatically MEAN my theory is wrong.!<

>!Q: WDYM by "personal fantasies"?!<

>!A: For example, take Chapter 4. You know how Susie opened one of the Dark Fountains and suddenly the Fun Gang were in an entirely different palette? We also know in Chapter 3 how the Knight first appeared there, because Kris directly opened the Living Room fountain. We can link these two examples to be "personal fantasies", because they are directly attributed to those who deliberately opened the fountains.!<

>!Q: If the Knight wants Kris to open Dark Fountains, then why are they attacking them?!<

>!A: Because the Knight likely wants Kris to get distracted from sealing the Dark Worlds and to instead get rid of the SOUL.!<

>!Q: If this headcanon is true, then how does that affect Ralsei's perception of the prophecy?!<

>!A: The likely reason is that Ralsei got a random script from W.D. Gaster and was possibly gullible enough to believe in it, subliminally seeing that it's the real solution. Think of it like the pre-narrative Kris and W.D. Gaster being mysterious adversaries.!<

>!Q: If Kris "somehow" got replaced, what can that tell us about the plot/point of Deltarune?!<

>!A: It's possibly a simulation run by W.D. Gaster's own sanity. Think of the 'simulation' as The Truman Show, but not exactly. Nobody dictates their feelings, but none of the actors can choose which role they are, nor fundamentally change the plotline. Except Kris (or the soul), obviously, as they are the protagonist, and W.D. Gaster can make any cut to the simulation when he wants to, think of the events before the SOUL is there, like mid-cut.!<
