They canceled without telling me and are not fixing my Internet saying they can do it remotely now when they couldn’t do it all week. But yet it’s still not working. Why are you guys so bad at customer support
My service has been having issues and finally just crapped out about a week ago. They couldn’t send someone out til today (oly wa) I got a confirmation message which I confirmed today and it said they’d contact when on the way. The quote was 8am-12pm it’s already 11 what are the odds they just don’t show up? The phone number doesn’t even ring for ziply support lol. This company sucks.
