Hello, I am an incoming mechanical engineering major hoping for some insights regarding the ALEKS math placement test. Is it true that a 680+ sat math score can exempt you from taking the test? if so, does that apply for all majors or only non STEM major. Despite already sending my scores to CSULB I'm still getting frequent emails notifying me that I haven't taken the ALEKS yet, and since the deadline is July 10th, I figure some of you guys can help me out. Thanks
