Customer was referred to us after service advisor verbally told him the cylinder walls were scored on cylinder with misfire and that the vehicle needed a motor. When customer informed service advisor that the motor was replaced by another dealership a year ago and there should be warranty service advisor changed his story about the cylinder wall scoring and told him it would need all new injectors, plugs, coils. I don’t even know if they pulled this coil off when they looked at it initially🙃

A while ago I replaced the engine on a 2006 F-250 @ 368k miles. Today the starter finally went. Pretty surprised it went as long as it did.
