Hi all.

My wife has adhd though hasn't received an official diagnosis we are waiting to be seen by our local NHS service in scotland but not likely until October 2027.

We discussed with the GP this week who has agreed if she gets a private disgnosis they will accept shared care as she understands the difficulties this gives with my wife and that this is going to be very beneficial and hopefully starting medication will help.

We are looking at clinics and there seems to be so many options we are overwhelmed by it and looking for advice and suggestions.

We have looked at seik and mental well. Mental well seem to offer an all in one package that will mean once paid we only have to pay for medication costs for the first 6 months and by that point hopefully gp will take over but put off by the lack of reviews online.

Does anybody have any suggestions we are worried at the hidden costs that might be involved and have struggled to get direct answers (interestingly mental well have been the best at responding) we assume reviews, medication and prescription fees should be the only costs if paying as we go.

Does anybody have any suggestions? Unfortunately we aren't rich so cannot afford to go for a local reputable company thst looks like it would be 2 grand so budget online looks more sensible. We want to get started ASAP

Can anybody please pass on their experiences and rough costs?

Hi all

Hoping somebody can explain how these work and the differences?

So I have a xmax pro v3 and used this since being prescribed.

However have been looking st the dynavap.

Unsure what the differences are?

The dynavap from research seems easier to clean and no worry about battery etc

However assuming the dynavap you heat up it clicks and you take a puff and then that is it? Or do you heat up again and reuse this?

Can somebody please give me an idiots guide or point me in the direction of whst the differences are?
