i have been trying to learn guitar to no avail so i grabbed a cheap bass from a pawn shop because i was intrigued and some guitarist friends suggested i give it a try. I have been playing a week and its surprisingly very intuitive. Ive played to backing tracks already trying to get my coordination down. Ive looked up videos on youtube and found some good stuff but any insights on what to focus on from veteran bass players would be awesome.
