For clarity, this is my first attempt to cross save via NMS cloud. So I can't confirm if it did or didn't work before Xeno Arena.

I've followed the instructions and connected both my Switch account to my PS5 account. Both consoles show in-game success with each local save file syncd to the cloud.

Both are on the same version.

In my browsers, both have the green toggle enabled.

For some reason, I don't see either saved cloud file on the respective other platform in-game.

I've also manually removed and reuploaded on each side too.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
