Missing order in Joe's NB Outlet?
So i bought a shoe and some socks from Joe's, and when it sent out the tracking numbers separately, the shoes' came in first. Followed by the socks, so 3 separate tracking numbers. The 2 tracking for the socks updated, but my shoes never did, still shipping label created. its been 3 days now and still nothing, so i reached out to NB's customer service and they said that my order got lost and they will just refund it. How can it get lost when it wasnt even handed to USPS? Now they cant ship a new one without me calling them. Have anyone experienced this?
