Guys, I have been preparing for interviews and was able to get opportunities to get interviewed by Tier 1 organizations, however am not able to clear past round 1.
Some background, I have 4.4 yrs of experience in IT and and the work I have done is constant for any day (technical) but it varies in the way how we deal it, nothing new to learn on daily basis mostly. Cut short to now, am not able to crack the interviews , it could be either cuz I have not learnt something new for last 4 yrs or I need to get hang of the process.
I have studied like hell for the last one month when I had few interviews scheduled but they didnt go well, I answered the questions which were straightforward but when asked in deep I couldnt cuz no one would work on that concept on daily but shd be aware of how the process works and the technology am in is so vast and technical (Its networking /CCNA/CCNP).
Now I feel so underconfident and overwhelmed to the point where am not even preparing from last one week, am just sitting idle and wasting time as am so scared to get rejected or idk …like for sure I know I would be able to work for my role if offered , am skilled to handle but am not able to answer in the interview in depth, either I froze or my mind goes blank for a min..
Nd am not saying only one month of prep shd be enough to land a job but am preparing hard enough to clear atleast 1st round but am lacking somewhere not sure, pls guide me
