Hey guys- me and my wife have long wanted to start a small car wash business that operates in apartment buildings. Unfortunately, we don't come from a business background (we're both corporate slaves) and are looking for some honest advice or guidance from people who've done this before.

We aren't looking to immediately turn a profit (we can afford to bleed a bit if that's what it takes to set it up right).

Flying with my wife from DXB -> SFO in December via Emirates. I’m wondering if there’s a card that gets me massive cashback or maybe an upgrade if I play my cards right?

I already have the ADCB Traveller which will give me approx 10% back on the tickets but I’m hoping there’s something that’s better.

Agents- unless you’re offering a real answer to my question, please don’t bother

I already have the Traveler for the past 2-3 years and the benefits have gone down. I still cover the annual fees through the cashback but it feels like I'm missing out on the true discounts.

Currently I have the following cards:

1. ADCB Traveler
2. Amazon EI Card
3. EI Flex Infinite

Anyone got suggestions?

Monthly spend is about 25k
