Deadlift form check - stiff/sore lower back

Hey all, first time post here, I've been lifting about a year and struggling with deadlifts. The technique just feels weird and I want to check I'm doing ok. Video has me doing 80kg reps, which is about 20kg under my current working weight, as I was trying to focus on technique. Would appreciate any suggetsions!

I've been experiencing quite a bit of stiffness in my low back when doing deadlifts (and to a lesser degree when doing squats) and want to fix any mistakes before I hurt myself badly!

My secondary concern is that I find deadlifts quite a bit harder than squats. My max squat is 85kg x 6 (moving up the weight there soon) with proper depth, while my max deadlift is 100kg x 3, and it feels really hard, and my lower back is always stiff the next day. I did have to avoid deadlifting for a few months for a knee thing, so possibly this is just my strength catching back up after that.

tl;dr: lower back stiff/sore after deadlifting, the technique feels weird, and it's lighter compared to my squat than I'd expect.
