Kitchen/entrance brainstorm

Hi everyone!

I'm planning to buy a new build. I have a lot of plans for the place but planning the kitchen proved difficult. It's right at the entrance so it needs to be functional for both entrance & kitchen but also, because I cook a lot, be a little bigger than what's on the current plan. I like a kitchen island to have more space to cook but also to dine but here I'm a bit confused where it should go, since everything I can imagine blocks the storage that's going to contain coats, shoes, etc.

Note: it's a two-rooms so I'd rather maximize storage...

Does anyone have a great idea that could help me get started up with planning this kitchen/entrance space ?

Please note the plan is made to represent where the kitchen appliances' outlets and pipes are going to be but there won't be any appliances when I get it so I can move things around!

Thanks a lot 🌞
