I like maps, so I added a bunch to each listing on Swimmo.

Tell me other data I can add that is (semi) relevant for real estate listings?
Got a pipeline set up now, might as well use it!

Currently have: Mobiscore, Schools nearby, Isochrone map, Solar energy potential (proud of this one), Noise levels nearby, Dangerous industrial sites nearby, Windturbines, Permit requests nearby, EV chargers nearby, ... think that's all, so far.
Working on air-quality because you wanna breath nice air where you sleep.

Most of the data is only for listings in Flanders tho ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So, first post about my little project: Swimmo, got a bit of a - meh - reaction, and rightfully so. It was only a basic app and I might have announced it a bit too enthusiastically, I admit.

Since then, I added a lot of things! I'm trying to create a one-stop-shop platform to get all info you could need in making a decision on buying a house. I'm talking, MobiScore, commute times, air quality, windturbineslagschaduw, schools, the neighbourhood vibe, and so on! Of course, only a fraction of this is implemented as of now, but I have many ideas (most of them are more useful ideas)

As of now I just launched the web platform for Swimmo, SwimmoWeb (another great name idea I came up with). Web is a bit more accessible than iOS, so I'd love if some of you would take a look, even better if you give me some feedback. I have a LOT of filters: looking for a house with a sauna? Or wan't to make sure there is no mazout tank? I've gotchu fam.
