Big Skill Jump Online or are Endgame Cards Carrying?
This season I’ve had serious trouble beating lower tiers and people I’ve faced before. In KOTC I didn’t lose but I only played to get to tier II, still I had 2/4 really close games. On Showdown, I’ve had so much problems against similar and lower ranks, and against people I’ve seen before.
I feel like I haven’t truly upgraded my roster at the start of the season, but I’ve gone from a decent/average skill Tier I to struggling to get back out of Tier V. Now is this the 🐳 I’m facing with the crazy teams with multiple GOATS? Or are the people still playing just better?
I didn’t intend this post to be a big essay lmao, but personally, I’m feeling like people are a lot better now. I could just be in a slump though, I know I’ve been selling and not taking it as seriously. It could be a bit of both. Still I find myself getting into extremely sweaty 4th quarters and I doubt I’m the only one. I wonder how y’all are finding this season so far?
