cat distribution system strikes again (with bonus kittens, dammit)

So about four months ago I was sitting in my backyard, having a smoke, when a cat leapt into my lap. It was very friendly, so we left some food out for it from time to time, and built a small shelter for it.

Soon after, the weather grew very cold (at least by Florida standards) and threatened to drop into the low thirties with a feels-like in the twenties. Since the cat was tiny to begin with, I was concerned for its survival, and since my mom had been looking to adopt a cat, and this one was so affectionate, I scooped it up and brought it to her.

It was pregnant, and now my mom has four kittens and a cat (that's already back in heat).

Does anyone have suggestions on an affordable vet we can turn to for vaccines, and to have them fixed? As much as we love cats, I'm not trying to experience an exponential growth of weird, incest cats.

EDIT: Tried to include photos but not succeeding. I'll add them to the comments.
