Hello everyone, let me start by saying that English is not my native language, but I am stuck.
There has been a few threads on this in the past, but they seem outdated and have not been resolved. So here goes nothing :
I’ve already lost a hotmail email address years ago, but didn’t care about it because it had become completely obsolete.
What I didn’t expect though, is that my second hotmail email address is now blocked from access because, according to Microsoft, I try to log into it on a new device, or new location, or on a new wifi.
Yes, that’s called moving.
I didn’t have that problem when I moved abroad months ago, but yesterday my iPhone refused to synchronize my hotmail account into my mail app.
Despite putting in the correct password, I was stuck on a dual verification that involved, as some of you might have guessed it, the old email account that’s become obsolete and an old phone number.
So now, I’m totally stuck on a questionnaire I have to fill out, and I did so correctly by adding email addresses I’ve been corresponding with, etc… but it just locked me out saying that the informations put in didn’t help them identify me.
I’m at a loss here.
Has anyone found a solution?
