I already posted this in a comment thread but I felt like I should make a post

Here's my idea:

Tail swipe (Minor CC)[Basic attack: T-WRECKS] Chomp x2 -50dmg, Tail Slam (AOE) -25dmg, Tail Swipe (Displacement) -30dmg.
Chomps work like Mr. Fantastic basics, Tail Swipe works like Mr. Fantastic inflated basic/ one full rotation would do 155dmg so 1 more chomp rotation would finish a squishy target. (without ability combo)

[Right Click: BOW DOWN!] Devil Dinosaur stomps the ground and Knocks up enemies in a medium cone (for 0.5 second dealing 25 damage) in whichever direction he's facing.

[Shift: KING'S CHARGE] (Minor steering. CC Immune on startup)
Devil Dinosaur quickly charges forward with a headbutt and grabs a singular enemy. If Devil dinosaur collides with a wall, the enemy will take 50-150dmg (scaling with distance). If [KING'S CHARGE] does not connect, Devil Dinosaur will launch the kidnapped enemy a little farther. Enemies who are not under the effect of [KING'S CHARGE] will be knocked out of the way.

[E: DEVIL'S RAGE]
(Active) Devil Dinosaur lets out a loud roar disorienting enemies in his surrounding area for 0.5.
(Passive) Devil Dinosaur's [RAGE METER] is filled with damage taken. Once [RAGE METER] is full, [DEVIL'S RAGE] will instead fear enemies in a small cone where Devil Dinosaur is looking (crosshair) for 1 second and also gives Devil Dinosaur 75% dmg reduction for 5 seconds.

[Q: PREHISTORIC FEAST] Devil Dinosaur grabs an enemy in his mighty jaws! If the target is at 15% health or below, Devil Dinosaur will feast on them. If the target is above the execute threshold, Devil Dinosaur will instead shake the target (dealing 100 damage) and throw them where he is looking (crosshair) (dealing 50dmg to whoever is hit by the thrown target). Terrain collision will deal no damage but will destroy it.

Hoooly CC Merchant I know but he's a big ass Dinosaur 😞
