No matter what I do, I can't get into my Google Workspace
Hoping someone here has seen this or can escalate. I'm a new Workspace signup stuck in the checkout page and can't get past it to access the admin console. I pulled this error from the console:
Uncaught TypeError: _._DumpException is not a function
at VM17 checkout:10:13
at VM17 checkout:17:3
- Checkout page won't complete
- admin.google.com redirects me straight back to checkout
- Direct URLs (admin.google.com/ac/billing/subscriptions, /ac/home, etc.) also redirect to checkout
- Can't reach in-console support because I can't reach the console
I've tried different browsers, signing out of all google accounts, hard incognito windows, clearing cookies/site data, and I'm currently waiting on a call from the sales team, even though I really don't need it.
Is there a PE here who can escalate, or a support path I'm missing for pre-admin-console issues? Happy to DM account details to anyone who can actually help. Thank you!
