I made an EA based on the strategy of reversal. It runs on MT5 and pretty great. I trade only gold. However, the drawdown is little high sometimes when backtasted for years. So in a low risk profile its less than 5% which works for me as it can survive any market condition. So robust basically.

Now, as you guesses the profit is low too. So passing a propfirm challenge is gonna be pretty tough due to low profits too as i have to keep drawdown low. But an instanf funded account of 50k is great as i will only aim 1-2% per month and thats enough for me. And the prop firm will probably like this kind of strategy.

Now to the question, what should i choose? Unbelievable amount of rules for instant funding. Some dont allow Ea, some dont allow overnight trading. As a swing trader i am kind of stuck. Please drop some suggestions. Price is not a problem, but need something reliable.

Also I have seen immense support too. Can someone enlighten me how good and bad they are? Is there a possibility of them coming to power?

I wanted to ask for some advice regarding my immigration situation in Germany.

I currently live in Halle (Saale) and entered Germany with a visa for Ausbildungsplatzsuche (searching for vocational training). I have now successfully received an Ausbildung contract as a Pflegefachmann in Bad Salzungen starting in September 2026.

I already submitted:
- Ausbildung contract
- passport + visa
- Anmeldung
- Erklärung zur Beschäftigung

to the Ausländerbehörde in Halle in order to change my residence permit to §16a AufenthG (Berufsausbildung).

It has now been around 20 days and I still have not received any reply.

I also plan to:
- move to Bad Salzungen on May 29
- do Anmeldung there
- start a permitted part-time job from June 1

My current visa is still valid until December 2026 and employment is permitted.

My question is:

Would you recommend that I still visit the Ausländerbehörde in Halle once before moving, or should I just wait and let the file transfer happen after my Anmeldung in Bad Salzungen?

I’ve heard mixed experiences about the Halle Ausländerbehörde, so I’m trying to decide the smartest approach.

Hi everyone,

I arrived in Germany on 12th April and did my Anmeldung on 16th April in Halle (Saale). But I still haven’t received my Steuer-ID yet.

My address is definitely correct because I already received my Anerkennung letter and also my Schufa in the mailbox. So the problem is probably not with the address.

At the beginning of this month, I also ordered/requested the Steuer-ID again, but I still don’t really understand how the whole process works or how long it normally takes.

Right now I need the Steuer-ID to open a bank account. I already have the Expatrio blocked account with UniCredit Bank, but I wanted to open a normal account at Commerzbank. Unfortunately I also don’t have a German Ausweis yet because I’m new here — I only have the visa sticker in my passport. Because of that, I can’t open an N26 account either.

Also, I will change my address again on 1st June because of my Ausbildung.

What should I do now? Is there a way to get the Steuer-ID faster or directly from the Finanzamt/BZSt?
